POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee stock control, warehouse administration, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Focus Areas:

Full accountability for inventory movement, accuracy, and reporting.
WMS administration, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
Coordination with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure accurate daily stock figures.
Implementation of safety protocols, staff training, and performance management.
Supplier returns, management of non-conforming products, and equipment readiness.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory management within warehousing/distribution (FMCG/Transport/QRS).
Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous).
Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Proven people management, organizational planning, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
