SUMMARY:
Pinetown. Manufacturers and distributors of pet feed and accessories seeks Inventory Clerk who is competent in Microsoft Office and Pastel Evolution.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Implement the new stock management system
Stock takes and capturing stock differences onto Evolution
Ensuring stock balances with Evolution
Stock out prevention, stock variance investigations
Stock analysis
Durban stock ordering to and from different branches
Processing IBTs and IBRs
Stock bombing (manufacturing) on Evolution
Daily production requests to Factory Manager
Stock receiving and processing onto Evolution (GRVs and RTS)
Stock returns
Credit note approvals
Creditors control - reconciling supplier statements to Evolution, and contacting suppliers for missing invoices / credit notes
Local Durban logistics (truck planning) for deliveries

Requirements:

Must be competent with Microsoft Office and Pastel Evolution
Good telephonic and interface skills
Must be able to communicate confidently
