Internship - Administrator/Receptionist

POSITION INFO:
Gijima is recruiting 1 x administrator/receptionist (Intern) for their training centre in Midrand for an Internship program.
The criteria is as follows: -

• Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification in Administration (i.e. Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Project Management)
• Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, e-mail, internet
• No criminal record.
• Candidates must currently be unemployed.
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.
• Candidates must not currently be enrolled with another training institution.
• Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area);
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 August 2025.
• Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, Coloured and Indian.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Possess excellent command of the English language
• Be well organised
• Friendly and presentable
• Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to grasp and interpret technical processes and procedures efficiently
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team, with the willingness to put in extra effort and time when the team is under pressure.
