SUMMARY:
A well-established company in Germiston is seeking an Internal Sales Representative with marketing experience to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in Internal Sales, Telesales, Business Development or Account Management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Marketing experience is essential
Strong business development and customer relationship management skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience within the hardware, plumbing, tools, industrial, building materials, wholesale or distribution industries is highly advantageous
Valid driver's licence is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales and new business targets
Conduct outbound sales and prospecting calls
Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote products, specials and strategic product ranges
Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales
Reactivate dormant accounts
Generate qualified leads for the External Sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
Provide exceptional customer service and account support
Participate in ongoing product training
