Internal Sales with Pastel

SUMMARY:
Internal Sales role available for chemical / paint store in the Sandton area.

POSITION INFO:

Internal Sales / Office Administrator:

• Aiding Customers calls and requirements
• Proficient in Pastel and MS Office
• Ordering raw materials and office supplies
• Invoicing Customers
• Taking sales leads
• Experience in similar job for at least 5 - 10 years
• Receiving Customer Counter sales payment, Cash and card
• Sending Customer quotes and invoices on email
• Creating Suppliers Purchase Orders on a daily basis
• Processing Suppliers invoices daily
• Follow up on the outstanding payments for Clients who have Accounts
• Process stock on daily basis on the system
• REcord expenditure transaction on the system
• General filing and admin
• Switchboard assistance
• Issuing client certificates
• General Customer and Supplier relationship building
•  Monitoring input costs of finished products
• GRV all raw materials and manufactured stock
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must have own reliable vehicle
