Customer Service Supervisor required for a company based in East of Johannesburg within the Medical Industry which will be responsible for the management of activities and supervise the Customer Service Team. Role would include management of the ordering process, ensure customer satisfaction, professional service and assisting and management of the entire ordering process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Medical Industry experience (within Sales Department)
Matric
5 years Customer Service Supervisory Experience
PC Literate (MS Office Suite)
Excellent telephonic skills and great attention to detail
