POSITION INFO:

Support and grow branch sales by servicing customers, assisting walk-in clients, processing orders and quotations, and supporting the external sales team in a competitive automotive environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Matric
3 years experience in internal sales, counter sales, or customer-facing sales
Previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket, parts, or components environment preferred
Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning, cooling, refrigeration, or related technical products advantageous
Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
Computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems, quotes, and invoicing

Key Performance Areas:

Service and manage allocated customer accounts
Assist walk-in customers and handle telephonic and email enquiries
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets
Support and collaborate with external sales representatives
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
