Internal Sales / Orders / Reception

Our client based in Edenvale Gauteng (East Rand) is seeking to employ a person that can assist them in their internal Sales department.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive customer orders (Via telephone, WhatsApp, and Email).
• Picking Slips and delivery notes
• Dispatch (coordinating and managing drivers and delivery schedules and courier management
• Depot management
• Invoice capturing
• Product label procurement
• Warranty badges and cards
• Red flagging and COD customer order monitoring
• Telephone management

Minimum requirements to apply for the opportunity:

Education:

• Matric /Grade 12 qualification
• Other relevant qualifications are an advantage

Experience and skills:

• Excellent communication skills, fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
• Internal Sales experience
• Experience in tele-sales, order taking in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Computer literacy MS Office knowledge and skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) is essential and experience on SAGE is an advantage
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in Tele Sales
• Tele Sales and Orders experience in the Automotive sector is an advantage
• Numerical skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to work in a pressured environment.
