SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in the East Rand is looking to employ a dynamic Internal Sales Manager with 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing / Technical Industry.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Proven experience in a similar environment

Preferred post matric qualification in either Sales, Marketing or a Technical Field

Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Advanced on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Working knowledge of ERP / CRM systems such as Syspro, Microsoft Navision, or similar

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

Ensuring that all sales people manage their allocated Customers so as to meet their sales budget

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

Co-coordinating with Internal Sales on lead generation and order processing

Ongoing training and development of the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
