We are seeking a vibrant, hardworking, and outgoing Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-paced FMCG sales environment.

If you have experience in the food industry, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a target-driven sales role, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

✅ Experience Required

* Minimum 2 years FMCG sales experience (Baking Goods) (Not Retail)

* Previous sales experience within the baking goods environment

* Proven ability to work with customers and close sales

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

* Matric

💻 Computer Skills

* Strong PC literacy

* Experience with CRM systems

* Pastel system knowledge advantageous

📈 Key Responsibilities

* Contact new business leads and guide them through the sales process

* Grow the client base and expand market reach

* Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls

* Capture and manage customer orders

* Upsell products and communicate promotions to increase turnover and GP

* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

* Complete administrative duties and KPI reporting
