Internal Sales Coordinator - Montague Gardens – R10,000 – R12,500 per month CTC

Internal Sales Co-ordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving; processing and monitoring of customer orders and manufacturing orders.

• Following up on deliveries.

• Keeping track of priorities.

• Accurately define and maintain customer and product data on CRM system.

• Liaise and assist customers with order queries and follow-up, both by email and telephonically.

• Liaise with factory manager, logistics, and planning.

• Liaise with customers and external sales representatives on a daily basis to update them on the progress of orders.

• Working closely with external sales representatives to satisfy customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Attention to detail and listening skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of computer. i.e., Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, email etc.

• Work experience as an Internal Sales Representative will be advantageous,

Salary CTC R 10k to R12,5k depending on experience
