SUMMARY:
We are looking to urgently hire 3 Internal Sales Consultants (Call Centre) with good verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION INFO:

Area: Cleveland, Johannesburg

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive Incoming emails from external customer base and internal emails.
• Capturing of orders and quotations submitted by the customer by email.
• Follow ups of quotations and outstanding orders.
• Costings on special items.
• Documentation and Management ISO related matters.
• Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers. For example, warranties of products and or terms of sale, suggest solutions when a product malfunctions, product related issues and services offered.
• Assist customers with any issues experienced with website, deliveries and or product issues and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
• Dealing effectively with inter departmental queries.
• Loading of New customers and updating current details on an existing data base.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
• Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
• Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
• Previous telesales experience.
• Certificates or Diploma in further learning is a plus, but is not required.
• Matric Certificate – accounting or mathematics is a must
• Min of 2 years working experience in administrator role and or internal sales environment.
• Stable employment record
• Good references
• Knowledge in office, word and excel
• 20-30 years of age
• Reliable transport
• Live in close proximity
