Internal Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Do you enjoy working telephonically with clients and have experience working in a deadline driven environment doing the full function of orders, sales, deliveries and after service. REQUIREMENTS:

Matric & relevant experience plus own car ESSENTIAL

Very good communication skills

Working well with deadlines

Excellent administration and follow up skills

Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile

DUTIES:

Dealing telephonically with clients for incoming orders

Wiring diagrams on Coral draw

Picking and pulling of stock

Check payments for COD customer before delivery

Stock control

Report low stock levels to management

Stock take every Friday

Check stock balances with pastel

Investigate if stock does not balance and report to management

Deliveries from time to time

Arrange courier deliveries

Booking out samples to Reps and follow up with reps regarding sample stock

General admin office work ( filing according to filing system, scanning, pods ect)

Assisting sales reps with orders

Urgent sourcing and checking for relevant stock

Working in a team environment

SALARY: R8000 – 12 000 Negotiable depending on experience
