POSITION INFO:

Location: Linbro Park

Salary: Basic + Commission structure to be finalised)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00

Purpose of the Role:

To maintain and grow an existing client database within the corporate promotional gifting industry, while driving new business development to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with existing clients on the database

• Maintain sales volumes while actively bringing in new business

• Conduct inbound sales (no need for external visits unless required)

• Upsell and cross-sell promotional gifting products

• Achieve monthly targets to qualify for commission

• Work closely with management on realistic target setting and commission structures

• Ensure all client communications and orders are professionally managed

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate promotional gifting sales

Sales Capability: Strong selling skills with proven track record

Languages: Fluent English essential; Afrikaans advantageous

Computer Literacy: Competent in internal sales systems and CRM management
