SUMMARY:
Internal Sales person required for an Engineering company based in Boksburg to take on responsibilities for purchasing of components, selling of spare parts and maintaining stock levels in stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a professional and experienced Internal Sales person to take on the responsibilities for purchasing of component, selling of spare parts and maintaining all stock levels in stores. He / she shall also service the needs of the company''''''''s existing clients and respond to new sales enquiries. The Internal Sales person shall be proficient in the generation and follow up process of quotations and placing orders at suppliers. He/ she shall be familiar with the invoicing process and have previous experience with expediting. The successful candidate will have the ability to receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company''''''''s products / services.

Required Skills:

1. Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and components of pumps

2. Professional telephone manner

3. Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.

4. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

5. Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.

6. Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised

Educational Qualifications:

- Matric

- Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications are desirable along with suitable

industry experience and application knowledge.
