SUMMARY:
Customer Service orientated, to answer customer questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with understanding and support, document pain points to share with internal teams and most importantly sustain relationships internally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS

Matric
Any admin or finance related qualification

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Own transport to get to work in MARKMAN

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel
Excellent communication skills

Goal-driven, no time wasters
Team-player
Able to work and thrive under pressure
To go the extra mile, whether expected of you or not

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving, analyzing, and sending of emails
Order taking via email/telephone, providing customer with an order reference number to confirm order placement
Loading orders onto QuickBooks; Fuelcom.
Providing estimates/Proforma Invoices
Following up on payment for on-hold orders 3 times daily
Ensuring client’s account is up to date and ensure terms and limits are not exceeded
Placing overdue term-account orders on hold, manually
Sales Reports
Data capturing
Attending to customer account and pre-delivery queries
Target driven, assisting Logistics in filling trucks
Customer courtesy calls
