SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Administrator required to work in Midrand

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Previous design experience in terms of building / construction / layout etc

Ability to do mathematical calculations

Fully computer literate including Excel

Duties:

- Dealing with walk in clients

- Minimum 3 years internal sales experience

- Ability to advise customer on design solutions that meet their needs

- Handling walk in customers and telephonic customers

- Aftersales customer service

- Assist customers who are interested in products by advising on poducts and company info

- Follow through on all leads via CRM, walk in customers, web leads, phone calls, estate leads

- Encourage potential customers to to visit showwroom
