JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an incredible Internal Sales Administrator to support the powerhouse sales team of a multinational client in the Food Ingredients and Flavours industry!

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team and inputting incoming telephonic and emailed customer orders and sales (e.g. stock, ex-wharf, consignment, and export sales), as well as assisting with pricing and delivery queries.

Minimum requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role/ internal sales, preferably within the Food and/or Flavours industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as administrative abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Solid Excel and Word abilities. Experience with Salesforce and JDE is highly preferential
A passion for customer service and the Food Industry
