SUMMARY:
Global engineering company requires an experienced Internal Sales Administrator for a 21 month contract. This position is based in Alrode, Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is a 21 month contract.
Matric and relevant qualification or Certificate is required
Computer literacy on MS Office and ERP computer skills is essential
A minimum of 2 – 4 years internal sales experience
Liaise with customers regarding their order requirements (spares)
Prepare quotations
Process orders onto the system
Generate proforma invoice
Expediting of customer orders
Follow up on back orders
Compile shipments for handover to export team
Prepare commercial invoices and packaging lists
Resolve delivery issues
