• Assist the Sales Consultants to check data accuracy in Customer Purchase orders and invoices and resolving issues and complaints
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs
• Contact clients or internal divisions to obtain missing information or to answer queries.
• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely services and to resolve customer complaints or queries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records. (D365)
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally and ensure any action items are assigned and completed.
• Support duties of sales department as instructed by the Mining Admin Manager
• Provide support to the sales consultants by way of following up on Debtors and outstanding Payments.
• Service needs of existing clients (non-contractual) and respond to news sales enquiries by initiating the process and directing to the relevant sales consultant
• Assess and identify customers’ needs on a continuous basis
• Support on tender compilation and administration
• General office support, filing, archiving, follow ups etc

Required education level

• Matric / Grade 12 NQF 4
