SUMMARY:
A dynamic company based in the East Rand is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administrator with 3- 5 years’ experience a technical role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements
Matric
Valid Driver’s License
3-5 years’ experience in a technical environment
MS Office & Pastel
Draw up specifications in line with customer and architect requirements
Ability to read and decipher floorplans and extract measurements from architectural drawings
Experience in extracting quantities from Bills of materials
Answering incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails
Build strong relationships with customers
Support sales reps and place orders on the system (Pastel)
Provide product and service information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to supervisor’s/team leaders
Prepare quotes
Proactively follow up quotations to determine the status of the proposal’s and convert opportunities to orders
