SUMMARY:
A global client based in Port Elizabeth, Markman is seeking a Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing concern.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Knowledge and skills:

Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint), in particular Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to think on your feet.
Goal-driven.
Team-player.
Able to work and thrive under pressure.
To go the extra mile.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving, analyzing, and sending of emails.
Order taking via email/telephone, providing customer with an order reference number to confirm order placement.
Loading orders onto QuickBooks.
Providing cash before delivery customers with Estimates/Proforma Invoices.
Following up on payment for on-hold orders 3 times daily.
Ensuring client’s account is up to date and ensure terms and limits are not exceeded.
Placing overdue term-account orders on hold, manually.
Sales Reports.
Data capturing.
Attending to customer account and pre-delivery queries.
Target driven, assisting Logistics in filling trucks.
Customer courtesy calls.
