SUMMARY:

A dynamic company based in the South of JHB is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administrator with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role with extensive experience on Pastel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Extensive experience on Pastel

Must be available immediately

MS Office

Liaising with customers on their orders lead times and delivery/collection thereof.

Liaising with courier companies on the collection of orders.

Processing of works orders.

Planning orders for delivery/collection with dispatch department.

Invoicing of both complete and partial orders.

Filing of invoices, POD's and waybills, customer purchase order forms, works orders, picking slips and drawings on a daily basis
