SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting
Logistics /Sales & Marketing qualification will be advantageous

Experience/Knowledge:

Previous experience in Sales administration would be advantageous. Price administration, basic sales reconciliation
Advance Excel and Word
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Exposure to SAP

Duties

Constant customer interaction regarding orders and product requirements
Capture customer orders correctly and take proactive action where required
Ensure all orders are implemented on time and in specification by interfacing with clients, transporters and plant personnel.
Ensure that all sales are captures correctly by daily and monthly sales reconciliations, correctly action where required
Invoice all sales correctly – transport and product prices
Maintain diversions for intermodal deliveries
Assist depot staff with product movements
