SUMMARY:
A well-established manufacturer of shade net for the agricultural, industrial and mining industries is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Administrator to provide sales support to their successful sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at all times.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have completed Grade 12
A tertiary qualification will be preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in an Internal Sales role will be required
Must have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transport
Experience in ACCPAC will be an added advantage
Must have knowledge of invoicing and stock management
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing information on orders, supply availability, timing, updates on products, programs, etc.
Reaching out to customers for missing Customer information to process sales orders.
Providing sales support to a team of external sales representatives.
Collecting customer feedback to track satisfaction level and identifying solutions to improve experience.
Resolving any immediately addressable customer requests.
Attending to requests from customers and sales team members.
Addressing any immediately resolvable requests, especially regarding order process management, product returns and delivery complaints.
Identifying and implementing improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, etc.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
