Leading engineering company seeks Internal Sales Representative to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

3 - 5 Years' experience in an internal sales / customer service role within the engineering sector.
Experience on Syspro or similar ERP system essential.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English.

Duties

Load sales orders received from customer in writing into ERP system on time.
Ensure margin policy is applied on all orders based on alerts received from ERP system. Report to finance if any discrepancies.
Address any queries or concerns with customer or Sales Rep / Account Manager to ensure all information is correct before loading order into ERP system.
Highlight any anomalies or special requirements to planning team.
Manage and monitor and ensure customer stays within his forecast.
Manage and monitor sales order until it is delivered.
Expedite with production scheduler and planner and warehouse controller if required.
Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely, efficient manner and professional manner.
Work with Sales Rep / Account Managers to ensure forecast is received on time and is accurate (analyse)
Load into ERP system.
Discuss any forecasting concerns with production planner and scheduler.
Monitor stock levels and highlight concerns with Supply Chain Manager.
Work towards improving and maintaining OTD.
Print picking slips in time for warehouse controller to pick and pack stock to meet customer requirements.
Adhere to cut off times for loading forecast, sales orders, and delivery requirements.
Arrange deliveries with Warehouse Controller.
Match signed POD with Invoice.
Update and make improvements to all processes related to internal sales.
