Role Overview

The Internal Sales Position combines a sales function with a significant administrative workload. The role is not limited to outbound phone calling — it carries substantial responsibility for quoting, after-sales service, client communication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Quotes

Prepare and issue client quotes
Follow up and check on outstanding quotes
Manage day-to-day sales activity and client relationships
Look after existing clients

After-Sales Support (major time commitment)

Book all after-sales service calls
Communicate with clients regarding after-sales matters
Handle service call administration

Administration

Manage general administrative tasks linked to the sales process
Handle service-related admin as required

Reporting

Compile and maintain sales reports
Work with the Sales Manager on ongoing sales reporting

Training

Complete ClickView training as required for the role

Time Allocation

The two largest components of the role are:

Quotes and sales activity
After-sales service and client communication
