Role Overview

The Internal Sales Position combines a sales function with a significant administrative workload. The role is not limited to outbound phone calling — it carries substantial responsibility for quoting, after-sales service, client communication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Quotes

• Prepare and issue client quotes

• Follow up and check on outstanding quotes

• Manage day-to-day sales activity and client relationships

• Look after existing clients

After-Sales Support (major time commitment)

• Book all after-sales service calls

• Communicate with clients regarding after-sales matters

• Handle service call administration

Administration

• Manage general administrative tasks linked to the sales process

• Handle service-related admin as required

Reporting

• Compile and maintain sales reports

• Work with the Sales Manager on ongoing sales reporting

Training

• Complete ClickView training as required for the role

Time Allocation
