Vacancy: Internal Sales - Nelspruit

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions within the internal sales framework.
• Maintain existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer care, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, showcasing product offerings and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively communicate advantages to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma.
• Proven track record in internal sales, with a focus on customer relations.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in internal sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated skills in customer care and complaint resolution.

Salary & Benefits:
