SUMMARY:
Our well established client in the Retail Sector is looking for an energetic and dynamic Internal Recruiter to join their team in the Aeroton Area.

POSITION INFO:

Our Client is looking for a Candidate who is organized under pressure, thrives in high-growth environments, and can manage 10+ open roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-house
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Retail Sector
• Must be able to travel nationally to all the various Branches.
• Valid drivers license
