The business is focused on driving asset performance, optimising occupancy, and enhancing long-term value through commercially aligned, data-driven strategies.
Position Overview
This role represents a key commercial marketing appointment within the business, positioned at the intersection of asset management, leasing, and marketing.
The Internal Marketer will take ownership of driving qualified tenant demand, supporting leasing conversion, and enhancing the trading performance of assets across the portfolio. The role requires a hands-on, commercially astute professional who understands that marketing outcomes are ultimately measured through occupancy levels, tenant performance, and asset value.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and out-of-home channels, with a strong focus on measurable impact and performance optimisation.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive qualified tenant demand for vacant space, supporting and strengthening the leasing pipeline
- Enhance asset trading performance through increased footfall, tenant engagement, and consumer activity
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and property platforms
- Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility, lead generation, and conversion across property listings and websites
- Manage and optimise asset-specific websites and landing pages to maximise performance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including leasing enquiry tracking and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct asset-level analysis, linking marketing activity to trading and leasing outcomes
- Build and maintain a prospective tenant database to support leasing teams
- Conduct ongoing market research, including demand trends, sector analysis, and competitor positioning
- Identify and execute out-of-home advertising opportunities across the portfolio
- Integrate digital and OOH campaigns to maximise visibility and conversion impact
- Collaborate closely with asset management and leasing teams to ensure alignment with financial and operational objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience in commercial property, retail, or real estate marketing (highly advantageous)
- Strong background in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and performance tracking
- Experience in integrated campaigns, including out-of-home advertising
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue, occupancy, and asset performance
- Advanced capability in digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Clear and effective communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting
