SUMMARY:
Manufacturing company in KZN is looking to employ a female Internal / External Sales Executive to start urgently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Must have Matric
Must have minimum 5 years Sales experience
Must be willing to travel
Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
Must have own reliable transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

Driven to achieve sales
People’s person
Energetic in nature
Use own initiative
Proficient in the English language
Advanced skills on Excel
Excellent MS Office Skills
Preferably technical background Preferable PPE (Personal protective equipment)

Be knowledgeable about the product (Training will be provided)
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Collaborate with colleagues in different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
People skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
Physical and mental endurance
Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend time traveling between locations
