SUMMARY:
Looking for an intern to come join the Logistics Department for a duration of 12 months .

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check the regional office order charts.
  • Collect all PFI and order list from region (PFI check list) Consolidate list with East, West, South, and SSAP.
  • Update billing Report (In due, Overdue, Complete)
  • Send consolidated report to AR team for AR check
  • Update daily GR received from SEC team on billing report
  • Receive consolidated order list from AR team
  • PFI check (Sales portal) all orders on Order List
  • Send consolidated Order List to SEC Team
  • Receive previous week''s SOP list from SEC and check SO-PO link status.
  • Update previous week SOP list on billing report
  • Send "Discrepancy list" to SEC
  • Check SO’s on SOP list and send final version to SEC.
  • Download SOP List from GSCM (In-house system)
  • Send consolidated SOP List to SEC 1st version
  • Match  PO to PFI
  • Send consolidated SOP List  to SEC Final Version
  • In due and New Sales Order checking( RDD, pricing, etc)
  • Download DP Status from GSCM of following week PO confirmation
  • Collect AR Status Report from finance
  • Compile DP status report with accurate AR status per customer (Get confirmation from regional office)
  • Check with Regional office if signed PFI has received for DP Status
  • Check LC Notification status for DP Status
  • Check TT payment status for DP Status
  • Check credit availability for DP Status
  • Liaise with regional office for all DP Status
  • Compile Non Billing list and DP status
  • Send consolidated Non billing list and DP status to SEC Team
  • Update and save billing status report daily.
  • Assist with documentation from time to time.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS            

  • Matric
  • Diploma / Degree in logistics / supply chain management will be advantageous

KPA / MAJOR TASKS  (Max 5)    

  • Order List
  • Discrepancy List
  • S/O Amendment List
  • SOP Report
  • Non Billing Report
  • DP status Report

Other Key Activitie

  • Will be required to assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
