INTERN: JUNIOR ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

POSITION INFO:

A Junior E-commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily management and execution of online business activities across various e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, accurate product information, and an optimized customer experience.

 Maintaining and updating product listings, ensuring all product details such as descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Monitoring stock availability and coordinating with supply chain or warehouse teams to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Assists in campaign execution, including promotional setup, banner updates, and price adjustments during key sales periods.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis, such as sales reports, conversion rates, and traffic trends, to support decision-making.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Handling customer inquiries, managing reviews, and supporting after-sales processes may also be part of the responsibilities.
• The position demands strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with e-commerce tools or backend systems.
• Familiarity with platforms such as marketplaces or brand.com websites is an advantage.
