SUMMARY:
Role:  Intermediate SYSPRO Consultant
Location: Fourways, Johannesburg

Our client is a dynamic IT solutions and Managed Services Provider, specialising in ERP systems (particularly as a SYSPRO Premium Partner), Cloud Transitions, and 24/7 IT support.  They are looking for an experienced Intermediate SYSPRO ERP Consultant to join their implementation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through successful SYSPRO implementations.  The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing SYSPRO solutions, configuring the system to meet client requirements, providing end-user training, and offering post-implementation support to ensure clients gain maximum value from their ERP investment.
This is a client-facing consulting role requiring excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for helping customers.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on SYSPRO consulting and implementation experience (non-negotiable)
• 3–5 years' overall ERP consulting experience
• Experience implementing multiple SYSPRO modules
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, distribution, manufacturing and/or supply chain
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required

• Implement and configure SYSPRO ERP solutions for new and existing clients.
• Analyse client business processes and recommend best-practice SYSPRO solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering and business process workshops.
• Configure SYSPRO modules to meet business requirements.
• Assist with data migration, testing and system go-live activities.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training.
• Develop user guides, process documentation and training material where required.
• Provide post-implementation support and user assistance.
• Guide clients through change management and system adoption.
• Assist users with queries, troubleshooting and day-to-day operational issues.
• Provide practical "hand-holding" during and after implementation to ensure successful user adoption.
• Liaise with internal technical teams where development or customisation is required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed scope.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records.
