This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready web and mobile applications in an environment that values autonomy, innovation, and continuous growth.

• Full ownership of app builds from architecture to deployment
• A modern stack: FlutterFlow, Supabase, Firebase, and Make dot com
• Collaboration with product owners, designers, and backend engineers

• A fully remote setup with flexible hours (08h00-17h00 SAST, Monday-Friday)
• R35 000 to R42 000 per month, paid overtime or time-off-in-lieu, and 15 annual leave days

Who we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of professional development experience (web or mobile)
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend principles
• Experience with FlutterFlow, Firebase, or similar frameworks (advantageous)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and API integration skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
• Open to mentoring juniors and collaborating across functions
