Insure Adviser Assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Rustenburg area requires a Insurer Advisory Assistant. The focus of the role is to provide quality
service and maximize customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The
role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills. The ideal candidate should
have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities also include offering assistance to the adviser, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth
workflow in daily operations. Required skills include proficiency in administrative work, strong communication
abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- NQF4 Short Term Insurance or Financial Degree
- RE 5 completed - essential
- Min 2 years Personal & Commercial Lines experience in financial services
- DOFA (Date of first appointment confirmed with FSCA) - advantageous
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Be proficient in English and speak/understand at least one other African language

Responsibilities:
- Administration (filing, scanning, typing of correspondence)
- Answering telephone/receiving clients
- Consistent and proactive planning for months ahead
- Interact, manage and provide effective client service
- Prepare client files
- Process client queries and instructions
- Preparing renewals
- Following up on claims
- Administer all products and general office administration
- Set up appointments and diarizing for Adviser
- Intermediary Services
- Assistant clients on polices and procedures
- Maintain the CRM systems and asset registers
