Our client, a leading firm in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Adviser to join their team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on delivering excellence in short-term commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth: Selling short-term commercial products, following up on leads, and building a robust client base.
Client Advisory: Advising clients on their insurance needs, providing quotations, and managing policy renewals.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, product providers, and colleagues.
Engagement: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and conducting on-site meetings with clients.
Strategic Execution: Implement the company strategy to ensure business goals are met.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education: Grade 12.
Qualifications: NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate and an RE5 Certificate.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in short-term insurance, specifically within commercial lines.
Regulatory: DOFA confirmation from the FSCA.
Logistics: Must have your own transport.
