Insolvency Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join our team in Lynnwood, Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insolvency processes and be capable of managing estates independently from start to finalization. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in insolvency administration
• Proven ability to compile and manage L&D Accounts
• Demonstrated experience administering estates independently
• Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and processes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Relevant legal or financial qualification
• Experience working with insolvency software systems

• Independently administer insolvency estates from inception to finalisation
• Prepare and manage Liquidation & Distribution (L&D) Accounts
• Handle all statutory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Draft and submit required documentation to the Master of the High Court
• Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain accurate records and reports for each estate
