Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.

About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

POSITION INFO:
About the role
We're looking for a meticulous and curious Insight Partner to join our team. You'll research and capture B2B lead data, clean and maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy in our sales systems - the backbone of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify B2B leads using online databases, registries, and professional networks.
Capture, structure, and maintain lead data in spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Clean, verify, and validate data before campaign launch.
Liaise with teammates to ensure data aligns with client targeting.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the YES Programme before.
Matric.
Meticulous and detail-obsessed - accuracy is your superpower.
Comfortable with repetitive, structured work.
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms.
Resourceful and able to find creative lead sources.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Driven, curious about B2B industries, and hungry to make an impact.
