Ink Technician

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Ink Technician to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: 

• Prepare/ manufacture inks at the customer (production) and manual handling of products
• On-site quality control documentation and checks on all batches of ink manufactured Product identification
• Operate ink dispenser – monitor and report on ink performance

• Colour matching on the printing machine to achieve customer specification
• Provide technical support as requested by the customer
• The ability to solve technical problems on the machine related to ink
• Stock control  - receiving and storing of deliveries
• Anilox knowledge /manipulation

• Tertiary technical qualification is preferred but not essential as long as the successful candidate has experience working within ink manufacturing and related markets
• Must be computer literate with basic Excel skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prepared to work shifts
