Role Overview:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of abrasives to the automotive, marine, woodworking, DIY, metal, aeronautical, and composite industries
They pride themselves on product quality, technical expertise, and strong client partnerships across multiple sectors.
Our client is seeking a Mature, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic, who is confident yet humble, able to think on their feet and thrive under pressure.

Duties

Manage and grow existing distributor and direct client relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
Expand the product basket within end-user accounts.
Identify and secure new clients across the assigned region.
Train distributor staff and ensure strong product knowledge.
Complete CRM entries and maintain accurate client records.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

Matric with proven sales experience in the industrial sector.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel (1 week per month outside Gauteng).
CRM experience advantageous.
Proactive, confident, and disciplined individual with strong people skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to conduct physical demos.
Excellent time management and planning ability.
Stable career history and professional integrity.
No criminal record
