SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for IR Manager in Renewable Energy Industry. Must have a keen interest in Economic Development.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a leader in the Renewable Energy industry. They are currently looking for an Industrial Relations Manager who has a real interest in Economic Development. The goal would be to train up the IR Manager to take up the role of ED Manager after a few months of training. The position requires travel to the project sites so the ideal candidate needs to be free to travel at least 25% of the time.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources / Labour Law
Experience in the Renewables Energy industry non-negotiable
Demonstrated knowledge of The South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Programme
Experience within a unionised environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience at supervisory / management level
