Key Responsibilities:

• Recover overdue payments from students and clients.
• Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.
• Work closely with our finance team to resolve any discrepancies.

• Proven debt collection experience, preferably in education or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and debt collection regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Diploma in Finance
