Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Building: Actively managing and growing your own client base.
• Outbound Consultation: Engaging with qualified leads via telephone to provide expert advice on Home Loans, Personal Loans, and various credit products.
• Expert Advice: Navigating South African financial services laws to ensure clients receive compliant, high-quality financial guidance.
• Sales Excellence: Utilizing your superior selling skills to convert leads into long-term clients.

Requirements

• Regulatory Exam (RE5): Fully qualified and up to date.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Independent Financial Advisor / Lending Specialist).
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SA credit market and mortgage lending processes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly from outbound leads.
