POSITION INFO:
This role involves designing tailor-made itineraries, handling all aspects of the tour process, and ensuring seamless, high-end service for discerning clients. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in luxury inbound travel, strong destination knowledge, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years working as an Inbound Tour Consultant, preferably at a Destination Management Company (DMC) or inbound tour operator
• Extensive understanding of Southern and East African travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences 
• Proficiency in Tourplan is essential
• Managing tour administration, service bookings, invoicing, and payments
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients and agents
• Being on call for traveling guests after hours when required
• Preparing and delivering comprehensive travel documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• A proactive, deadline-driven approach with a sense of urgency
