POSITION INFO:

Vision Marketing is a Sales and Marketing Company currently expanding. We are looking for young and vibrant individuals who are willing to grow within the sales and marketing industry. We are currently offering entry level Sales Consultant positions that includes comprehensive training. We continue to set the standard for excellence in client acquisition and customer retention for our clients. Suitable candidates will be offered training and lead into management.

Job Responsibilities

Market the services and solutions that the company offers.
Ability to retain and acquire new customers for our clients.
Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.

Qualities required

Strong negotiating and selling skills.
Be well-groomed and presentable.
Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
Be fully bilingual (with a third African language being beneficial).
Giving professional presentations.
Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven.
Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
Be very competitive and energetic.

Requirements

A valid matric certificate (essential).
Candidate must be between ages 18- 29.
Must be willing to start immediately.
A qualification in marketing will be an advantage.
