Inbound Lead

Role:

• All receipts are correctly scanned into the hub.
• All receipts are visually inspected for defects.
• All inbound vehicles are off-loaded and released timeously.
• Ensure that receiving documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled accordingly..
• Ensure that all staff comply with SOP's..
• Address all deviations.
• Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
• Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
• Capture and calculate overtime accurately and ensure submission deadlines are met without error.
• Ensure that the attendance register/biometric data is accurate and to resolve any queries.
• Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
• Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.

• Having good concentration
• Having interpersonal abilities
• Being able to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Matric or equal qualification
• Tertiary qualification preferred
• A Logistics backgrounds.
• Be of sober habits.
• Sound Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and Email Software
