JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role:

All receipts are correctly scanned into the hub.
All receipts are visually inspected for defects.
All inbound vehicles are off-loaded and released timeously.
Ensure that receiving documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled accordingly..
Ensure that all staff comply with SOP's..
Address all deviations.
Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
Capture and calculate overtime accurately and ensure submission deadlines are met without error.
Ensure that the attendance register/biometric data is accurate and to resolve any queries.
Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.

Qualifications

Matric or equal qualification
Tertiary qualification preferred
A Logistics backgrounds.
Be of sober habits.
Sound Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and Email Software
