Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver effective solutions to customers.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Query Handling (multiple channels)
  • Respond to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
  • Liaise with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
  • Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information to customer
  • Complete a defined range of transactions using specified processes to ensure accurate processing of information


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements
  • A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English is an essential requirement
  • Neutral accent
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with UK and/or international clients
  • A minimum of 12 months working experience in dual-focus (back-office & voice) within an inbound/outbound contact centre environment
