In - House IT Technician – Zoho & MDM (Ballito)

An established  company based in Ballito is looking for a technically strong and service-oriented In-House IT Technician to take ownership of day-to-day IT support and infrastructure.

⭐ PLEASE NOTE: Practical Zoho administration and MDM experience are MANDATORY. Candidates without hands-on Zoho experience will not be considered

POSITION INFO:
 Minimum Requirements

• Relevant IT / Information Systems / Computer Science / Network Administration / IT Support qualification.
• 3–5 years’ practical IT Technician / IT Support experience.
• Hands-on Zoho administration experience – MANDATORY.
• Practical MDM experience – MANDATORY.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365/Office experience.
• Working knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, backups and IT asset management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the organisation’s IT environment.
