Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in imports and forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import processes and documentation.
• ShipShape system experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, approachable personality suited to an open-plan office environment.

• Manage end-to-end import processes and forwarding procedures.
• Handle and verify import documentation accurately.
• Liaise directly with origin offices to obtain ad-hoc rates.
• Work with airline surcharges, commodity add-ons, and consolidation rates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
